Found this on allrecipes. Added a 1/2 cup extra of chocolate chips and omitted the nuts. Not the healthiest...

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf

3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf

  1. Grease two loaf pans and preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine first set of ingredients until well mixed.

  3. In a separate bowl mix together remaining ingredients.

  4. Fold together two mixtures just until mixed together (do not over-mix)

  5. Pour into loaf pans.

  6. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
