Just another sweet twist on the traditional pumpkin bread!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

3 cups Sugar
3 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup Oil
4 Eggs
3 cups Pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix well.

  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix well.

  4. Combine and mix well.

  5. Pour into 40 cupcake liners or 4 to 5 loaf pans and bake til toothpick done. Don't know the exact time because I like mine undercooked, kind of goo-ey.
