1/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup soy milk
40 g Semi-Sweet Chocolate morsels
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Mix
62 g Whey protein prowder
2 tablespoon applesause

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

  1. Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle, then disappear almost immediately.

  2. Combine all ingredients; stir with a whisk until large lump disappear. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes to thicken.

  3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet.

  4. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottomes are golden brown.
