Chocolate chip pie- deliciously good- not diet food!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Pie

2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 325.

  2. In the pie plate put the 1 1/2 c. flour & salt- stir together w/ a fork. Make a well in the center and add in the 1/3 cup of oil & cold milk. Mix together w/ a fork. Then spread it to fill the pie plate for your crust.

  3. Set aside while you make the filling.

  4. In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Stir in the flour and sugars and butter until blended. Add in the chocolate chips & pecans.

  5. Pour into the pie plate

  6. Bake for 1 hour.
