Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate chip peanut butter muffins

1 3/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
2 large Egg, White
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/4 cup Applesauce
3 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Chocolate chip peanut butter muffins

  1. Mix together flour, sugar and baking powder.

  2. In separate bowl, beat together milk, pbutter, oil, applesauce and egg whites. fold into flour mixture until moistened. Add in chocolate chips, or if preferred, raisins.

  3. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
