Recipe Ingredients for chocolate chip and peanut butter banana bread pudding

10 oz Challah Bread
11 oz Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Morsels
3 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
4 cups skim milk
2 bananas
2 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for chocolate chip and peanut butter banana bread pudding

Break up bread into pieces and throw into large casserole dish. Preheat oven to 150 degrees F. Put broken bread in to oven for 30-40 minutes, or until its dry. Meanwhile, whisk eggs, extracts, and milk together in a mixing bowl. Take dried bread out of oven, and sprinkle the chocolate/peanut butter morsels throughout. Cut bananas into slices and sprinkle them into the bread. Pour custard (milk/egg mixture) over the bread. Let the bread set for 10 minutes, while it soaks up the custard mixture. Meanwhile, increase oven heat to 350 F, Bake pudding for 30-45 min, or until most of the moisture is soaked up, and the top of the bread is starting to brown. Let set for at least 20 minutes before serving.
