The Healthier Version of the beloved chocolate chip muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup White Flour
125 ml Brown sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
125 ml chocolate chips
1 cup Skim milk
80 ml margarine, melted
1 medium egg

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients and add chocolate chips.

  2. Combine egg, milk and melted margarine then stir into flour mixture.

  3. Do not beat.

  4. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
