Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate chip muffins

1 1/3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbls cocoa
1 tbls vinegar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 c warm water

Recipe Directions for Chocolate chip muffins

Mix dry ingredients, create a well in the dry ingredients. Then add the wet, mix together, fold in chocolate chips and pour into muffin pan bake 400 degrees for 15 min.
