These are terrible for you--OOOOHH! but they are so good!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate chocolate chip muffins

2/3 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs, large
2 cups flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda, no calorie
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 cups milk, skim
1/3 cups yogurt, non fat
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chocolate chocolate chip muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Spray the muffin tins with cooking spray.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Combine liquid ingredients in a 2 or 4 cup measuring cup. Stir to mix the eggs.

  4. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Fill the muffin cups 1/2 full.

  7. Bake 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Cool in the pan for a bit before removing to racks.
