Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate chip muffins

12 oz Great Northern Beans drained, rinsed and smashed with 1/2 cup water
4 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
16 oz Fat Free Milk
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Butter
72 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
6 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chocolate chip muffins

Heat oven 400. Grease muffin tin. Beat milk, vanilla, eggs and smashed beans. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
