Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Muffins, Healthy

3 medium Egg, Whole
120 grams Rice Flour, White
50 grams Almonds Ground
50 grams Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
250 grams Carrots
120 grams Pure Cane Sugar
100 grams Dairy Milk

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Muffins, Healthy

First whisk eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until pale and fluffy. The add the carrots (a couple of tbsp on strong coffe can be added) and the remaining ingredients. Whisk together. Add the chocolate chips (any colour you prefer), and bake for 15-25 mins at 180 Celsius.
