not so good for your hips but tasty in moderation gelato

Recipe Ingredients for chocolate chip gelato

4 large Egg, Yolk
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
10 pieces Milk Chocolate

Recipe Directions for chocolate chip gelato

  1. heat milk and whipping cream in sauce pan with 1/2 cup of sugar

  2. take four egg yolks and 1/4 cup of sugar and mix with a hand mixer until light yellow

  3. after sugar has disolved in milk mixture, laddle some in the egg yolk mixture and tempur

  4. when it's tempured add to pot and stir until it becomes thick. it should coat the back of a wooden spoom. remeber to constantly stir!!! you don't want it to curdle, otherwise you will have to start all over

  5. transfer mixture to a glass bowl and let cool to room temp.

  6. after it is cooled transfer to and ice cream maker and let it run for twenty minutes

  7. in the meantime place kisses in a plastic bag and break up

  8. after twentymintues check on ice cream. it should be in the soft serve form, add chips and serve or place in a plastic ocntainer and put it the freezer.
