Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Energy Bars

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup regular rolled oats
1 cup flavored instant oatmeal
1 cup all bran cereal
4 egg whites
1/2 cup honey
1/8 cup candied ginger
1/4 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons lowfat yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Energy Bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bown.

  2. Beat egg whites, add to dry ingredients.

  3. Add honey, mix well.

  4. Add rest of ingredients.

  5. Press flat into a baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Bake 325 until slightly browned around edges.
