Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

516 g German Chocolate Cake mix
1 1/2 c water
1/4 c canola oil
3/4 c egg beaters
80 g semi-sweet chocolate chips (200 chips)

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

  1. Mix all ingredients except chips for two minutes with an electric mixer

  2. Lightly spray 20 cupcake liners (in muffin tin) with non-stick spray.

  3. Divide batter into 20 cupcake liners

  4. Add 10 chocolate chips to each cupcake

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minute or until they test done
