Actually calls for 1/2 Cup Butter, but had to use 1/4 b/c it would not let me put low-fat in, and it had about half the calories and fat as the regular

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookies- Using Low-Fat Butter

1/4 cup Butter
3/8 cup Granulated Sugar
3/8 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 egg
1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookies- Using Low-Fat Butter

  1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in one bowl

  2. Mix egg, vanilla, and sugars in another bowl

  3. mix both together, and add chocolate chips at the end

  4. cook at 375 for 9 to 11 minutes
