Soft and chewy chocolate Chip cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium Egg, Whole
4 oz Pure Cane Sugar
4 oz Sugar Light Brown
8 serving Unsalted Butter Stick
6.5 serving Pillsbury Softasilk Cake Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
11 serving Market Pantry Milk Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cream together the butter, sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and then stir in vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in one tablespoon of hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour and chocolate chips. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are nicely browned.
