Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg white
3 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons chocolate chips, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. In small bowl, combine flours and baking soda

  3. In large bowl beat butter, sugar and brown sugar at moderately low speed for 2 minutes

  4. Beat in egg and egg white and vanilla

  5. Using wooden spook, stir in flour mixture and chocolate

  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
