Basic chocolate chip cookies with three types of chocolate chips that never last more than a day because they are so delicious everyone wants another!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
6 tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray.

  2. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar and beat on medium speed until smooth.

  4. Add egg beaters and vanilla and blend.

  5. Add dry ingredients a little at a time until just incorporated on low speed.

  6. Mix in chocolate chips

  7. Bake 10-13 minutes and enjoy!
