This is a chocolate chip cookie recipe, replacing the sugar and brown sugar with xylitol and coconut palm sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookies no sugar

1 cup Butter
4 oz Xylitol
2.25 cup White Flour, Unbleached
200 grams Milk Chocolate Chips
2 large Egg, White
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 oz Coconut Palm Sugar
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookies no sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy.

  3. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt by hand until well blended.

  4. Stir in cholocate chips.

  5. Drop by heaping tbsp onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

  6. Bake for 10-12 min or until light brown. Transfer to rack to cool.
