For when I want a Cookie Dough Blizzard after my workout! Too sweet and still needs to be refined.

1 packet Pro Line Elite Whey Protein Isolate
3 oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
0.5 bar Food Bar
0.33 cup Rice Dream Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Shake

Break the 1/2 of the LARABAR you're going to use into small pieces and throw it in the blender, I put the second half in the fridge and ate it as a quick snack this morning! Add about 4 ice cubes, the 1/3 cup of Rice Dream, the Almond Milk and the protein powder. Blend. If it seems too watery, add two more ice cubes and a little more Rice Dream Ice Cream into the mix and blend again. Make sure you blend well enough that the LARABAR gets chopped into tiny pieces and distributed through the shake.
