Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

1/2 cup Salted Sweet Cream Butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup Mini Chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

  1. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

  2. Add the heavy cream and vanilla and stir until combined.

  3. Add the flour and mix until the dough comes together completely. The dough will look dry at first, but keep mixing until it reaches the consistency of regular cookie dough.

  4. Refrigerate dough for about five minutes.

  5. Remove dough from refrigerator and scoop tablespoon sizes of dough. Then roll into balls and place on parchment paper.

  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, place extra semisweet chocolate chips and microwave on high until melted, pausing each 30 seconds to stir the chocolate.

  7. Place melted chocolate in a plastic bag and cut a very small tip at the end of it. Then drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookie dough bites.

  8. Freeze until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes.

  9. Enjoy.
