Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

1 stick butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
15 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 lb. milk chocolate, melted

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

  1. Combine all ingredients except for melted milk chocolate. Coat hands with flour and roll into balls and place on a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Dough will be rather soft and won't make perfect balls. Dough will be sticky and your hands will need to be constantly coated with flour.

  2. Place in freezer for several hours. Once dough is out of freezer you can gently reshape into more perfect balls and place back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes to set.

  3. While dough is in freezer, melt chocolate and then coat each cookie dough ball in chocolate and return to wax paper covered cookie sheet.

  4. I was shocked that it tasted exactly like chocolate chip cookie dough! I kept mine in the refrigerator. Not sure if you had to though.
