Recipe Ingredients for chocolate chip coconut cookies

2/3 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup coconut, unsweetened
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for chocolate chip coconut cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 f.

  2. Combine wet ingredients, and mix until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, blend the flour and baking soda. Add that to the wet mixture, and blend. Fold in the oats, coconut and chocolate chips.

  4. Spoon out the cookies and bake for 8-10 minutes.
