Replace regular All-purpose flour with Bob's Red Mill All-purpose Gluten Free Flour (recipe wouldn't allow for the Gluten free words)

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Bread - Gluten Free All purpose

1/2 cup of apple sauce
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of organic sugar
1/2 cup of organic brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cups soy flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoons of baking soda
3 bananas
5 oz maraschino cherries
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Bread - Gluten Free All purpose

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Mash bananas

  3. Add remaining ingredients

  4. Bake One hour at 350

  5. Makes 1 large loves & one small
