Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate chip banana oatmeal muffins

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup quick oats
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 large banana
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate chip banana oatmeal muffins

Place all dry ingredients in the bowl of a standing mixer and blend at a low speed. Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time (in order) while continuing to mix. When the chocolate chips are in, blend for 30 seconds to incorporate. Scoop into muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
