Banana chocolate chip muffins, whole wheat, flaxseed meal, oats, no refined sugar (except for choco) lots of fibre!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Flax Muffins

1 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
210 grams Flaxseed Meal
5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 large Egg, White
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
1 1/2 serving BUTTERMILK 1% MF
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Flax Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

  2. Grease/spray/line muffin pan.

  3. Mix dry ingredients first. (Sift flour)

  4. Mix wet ingredients seperately.

  5. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

  6. Spoon into muffin pan (3/4 full per cup).

  7. Bake for 18-20 mins.

  8. Test with toothpick, but muffin will be more moist than usual. Baking beyone 20 mins should be done carefully because they will burn easily after this point.
