Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Muffins

1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup rolled oats, quick
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup yogurt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Muffins

Preheat oven to 350. Grease, spray or line 12-muffin tin. Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. In a blender, combine bananas, egg, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Combine dry mix and wet mix, then stir in chocolate chips. Bake 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Yummy!
