0.44 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
3 tbsp Egg Whites
0.5 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 cup, mashed Bananas
2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
16 almond Almonds

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Muffins

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sweetener of choice, baking powder, and baking powder.

  2. In another bowl, combine the banana, egg, yogurt and vanilla.

  3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in almonds and chocolate chips.

  4. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
