Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins (Vegan)

2 c flour, all-purpose
1/2 c splenda
1 t salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 c chocolate chips
1 c milk, soy
1/2 c oil, canola
1 T flax seed, ground
3 T water
2 bananas

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins (Vegan)

  1. Prehead oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Mash banana.

  4. Add flax seeds to 3 T water and mix.

  5. Add flax and other wet ingredients to banana and mix.

  6. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just barely combined and still lumpy.

  7. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
