Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

1 stick Butter
0.67 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.75 cup Bread Flour
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
4 oz Yogurt
8 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease muffin cups - I used 12 plus a small loaf pan.

  2. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter. Add mashed bananas and vanilla and mix lightly. Add yogurt and chocolate chips.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until tester comes out clean.
