Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana muffins

0.75 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1 large Egg, Whole
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 oz Canola Oil
4 oz Vanilla Yogurt
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana muffins

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. in another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips. Fill 3/4 full in muffin cups with liners or greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes or until light brown.
