Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

1 cup Flour, All Purpose
0.75 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.3 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
7 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 unit Apple Sauce
0.5 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar (or other), baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine the egg, oil (or applesauce), yogurt and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
