Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Butter
630 grams Bananas
2 large Egg, White
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
240 grams Flour, All Purpose
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Mix ingredients. Pour into 9x5x3 loaf pan. Cove loosely with tent of aluminum foil. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pck inserted tests done. Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool bread completely before slicing.
