Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 bananas
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Beat together eggs, sugar & oil. Add mashed bananas. Combine dry ingredients and add. Add vanilla. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 1 large and 1 small loaf pan.
