Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

2 bananas
3/4 cup yogurt
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. Process sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla.

  2. Add bananas and process.

  3. In side bowl, mix yogurt (I use Greek Yogurt) with b. soda and let double in size (1-2 min). Add to mixture and blend.

  4. Add flour and b. powder and mix until blended.

  5. Add chocolate chips, if desired.

  6. Bake at 350F for 55 min.
