Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 bananas
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup yogurt, fat free
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour a loaf pan

  2. Melt butter in microwave

  3. Whisk flour, sugar, Splenda, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl

  4. Mash the bananas. Add Egg Beaters, yogurt, vanilla, and melted butter.

  5. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Bake 65-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
