Yummy breakfast bread. I use mini chocolate chips so the chocolate is evenly distributed.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

1 cup oil
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbs lemon juice
6 bananas
3 cups white flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. flax seed meal

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. Bake @ 350degrees.

  2. Loaf pans 1 hour, Muffins- 18 minutes, mini loaf pans 30 minutes, mini muffin pans 14/15 minutes.

  3. Enjoy!
