A banana bread with chocolate chips

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup 1% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray loaf pan with pam.

  2. Mix dry ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium bowl . Set aside. Mix Bananas and other wet ingredients in a large bowl, then slowly add in the dry ingredients until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pan.

  3. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min until it is pulling away from the sides and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  4. Cool 10 min in the pan, then take out of pan and finish cooling on wire rack
