Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

1 3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. chocolate chips, reduced fat
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. nutmeg
1 medium bananas, mashed
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 T. egg beaters
1 T. vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.

  3. Make a well in the center and add the remaining ingredients.

  4. Stir just until moistened. Don't overmix.

  5. Pour into pan and bake 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
