Single-serving Oat, chocolate, and butterscotch bar made in a small custard dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Butterscotch Bar

1 1/2 tsp almond breeze, unsweetened
1 tsp flour
1 tsp Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
4 tsp Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp splenda no calorie
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ICBINB! Light
8 grams semisweet chocolate chips
8 grams Butterscotch Flavoured Chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Butterscotch Bar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a small custard/souffle dish with PAM.

  2. Mix flour, baking soda, oats, brown sugar, & salt and add melted butter/almond breeze. This will make a crumbly mix.

  3. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Let cool slightly then sprinkle chocolate and butterscotch chips over the crust.

  6. Top with the remaining oat mixture. You may need to break it into small pieces to cover.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Watch to prevent burning!!!

  8. Optional: Serve with cool whip free
