This is a great pick me up, especially during "that week of the month". I will often add a chewable multivitamin to boost it's awesomeness. 1 of these smoothies takes care of cramps for hours!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Berry Smoothie

1 cup Kirkland's Trader Farms Triple Berry, Frozen Fruit
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed
1.5 tsp Agave Syrup
1 dash Salt, Table
4 oz Just Cranberry
4 fl oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
0.33 scoop 100% Whey Gold Standard

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Berry Smoothie

Toss it all in a blender and blend to smooth. Add more milk or water if it is too thick. Enjoy!
