An awesome high protein chocolate mixed berry (blackberry, raspberry, blueberry) smoothie.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate berry protein smoothie

1 cup mixed berries
1/2 cup 2% milk
6 oz. Chobani fat free blueberry yogurt
2 scoops designer whey

Recipe Directions for Chocolate berry protein smoothie

  1. mix all ingredients in your blender and liquify.

  2. I add about 10 ice cubes to this

  3. use skim milk to make it even lower fat.

  4. I used Chobani greek style yogurt for this which has a protein content of 14g. but you can use any yogurt you want.
