Yummy healthyish chocolate fix If you do not have almond butter peanut butter is fine or you could leave it out. Nice healthy additives are a hand full of raw spinach or other green, just make sure it gets added with the almonds and blend well.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Smoothies and or Popsicles

4 Organic Bananas
2 serving+2+TBSP nutella
1 teaspoon Organic Fairtrade Cocoa Powder
5 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup raw almonds

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Banana Smoothies and or Popsicles

  1. Freeze 2 (or all) bananas overnight. Make sure to peel them before putting them in the freezer!

  2. Toss almonds and milk into blender and blend for a couple of mins.

  3. Add all bananas (slicing them makes blending frozen ones easier), nutella, almond butter and blend until smooth.

  4. Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until mixed. ( a min or 2)

  5. Serve! Or pour half into Popsicle molds and freeze! Yumm!
