3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2/3 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
3 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
8 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.25 cup Butter
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Baking Powder
0.666 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chocolate banana quinoa cake

Mash bananas, melt butter. Combine all wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Blend together. Bake in parchment lined 9" square cake pan for 1 hour at 300.
