1 scoops Pro Performance AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Chocolate
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 oz Plain Nonfat
1 tbsp Lite Syrup
1/2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie

  1. Blend everything together with desired amount of ice and enjoy. Try to use a frozen banana if possible because it really improves the texture, making it very creamy.

  2. Other add-ins for you to consider are egg whites, almonds, flaxseeds/oil, cottage cheese, oatmeal...anything, really, you need to throw in to meet nutrient requirements.
