Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Pancakes

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tbsp Natural Cocoa
1.25 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Banana Pancakes

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl (half of flour can be substituted with whole wheat flour), then all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine both mixes (will have lumps), then allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes. Cook until golden brown on first side, flip, and let other side cook for another minute. Serve!
