Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Muffins

1 cup apple sauce
2 bananas
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Banana Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mash bananas, add and combine wet ingredients. Add and combine dry ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Can be made vegan by using soy milk.
