This is a recipe I made up. Hope it works!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate banana muffin

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp no calorie splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup fat free milk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 medium bananas
1/4 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for Chocolate banana muffin

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin by spraying with nonstick spray.

  2. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the milk, egg, bananas, and applesauce.

  4. Pour over the flour mixture, stirring until just blended (do not over mix).

  5. Spoon the batter into the cups, filling each about two thirds full. Bake until toothpick inserted in a muffin comes out clean the muffins are golder brown, 20-25 minutes.

  6. Cool in the pan on a rack for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
