Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Bread

4 c White Flour, Unbleached
24 g splenda no calorie
1 c Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup egg substitute
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 T Vanilla
1/2 c 2% Milk
4 Bananas
6 1/2 T Country Crock
2 packet Carnation Sugar Free instant breakfast

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Banana Bread

  1. Grease and flour two loaf pans.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Soften the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds.

  4. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended.

  5. Pour batter equally into the loaf pans.

  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until loaves are golden browned and inserted fork comes out clean.
