Basic Banana Bread with cocoa powder and a cup of chocolate chips. I measured 1200 grams total for 12 servings of 100 grams/serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Bread Lite

535 grams Bananas
4 serving Flour
1 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/2 stick Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 extra large Egg, Whole
8 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Banana Bread Lite

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave

  2. Mix the sugar in with the butter

  3. Add the mashed bananas and mix well

  4. Add the eggs and mix well

  5. Add the flour, cocoa and mix well

  6. Add the baking soda and chocolate chips, mix well

  7. Pour batter into greased loaf pan

  8. Bake at 340 for 50-60 minutes.

  9. I use baking strips wrapped around the loaf pan to prevent the edges from baking to quickly. I remove the strips after 20-25 minutes.
